I say put the address of the place where you live now or will be leaving at when you apply for the job.

Definitely put the LA address if that is where you live. Yours is not a big deal because they are not that far apart in terms of distance.

I don't think it matters as much what address you use as long as you can be contacted if you get mail correspondences from potential employers.
