I had a previous qn posted on how to motivate a team of sales people. I am a new owner of a cosmetics company and I just need advice from anyone on sales people motivation techniques in general. Hi! I am a small business owner as well and I have 3 sales people that work for me on a full time basis. I think the best motivators for sales people will be the commission scheme. In addition, if you can go on joint calls with each one of them, it helps make them more motivated as well. Since you are in the cosmetics industry, makeovers are always a good for increasing sales.
