I had a difficult boss in my previous job before I became a business owner. I am a motivated individual and I like to voice my honest opinions some times especially when I feel that the other person should be doing things differently. My boss was one that doesn't like to be told or advised. She takes people's opinions too seriously and then gets back at people for doing that. Perhaps if I had been more tactical in my approach or told her indirectly in a nicer way it might make a difference. But then again, I might not have got my point across and the project would have suffered. I would not have done anything differently in that aspect because I have always been a hard worker and I follow my principles on a lot of things I do.
