Your use of the Service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the Agreement and any other polices or guidelines set forth by PayScroll.com. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence. Violation of any of the foregoing may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and may subject you to state and federal penalties and other legal consequences. PayScroll.com reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to investigate your use of the Service in order to determine whether a violation of the Agreement has occurred or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
You are solely responsible for the information you provide in the “Your Profile” section which includes but is not limited to personal profile information, professional profile information, skills profile information, content, messages or other information ("Member Content") that you submit, publish, post or display on or to the Site. By submitting or posting Member Content to the Site, You automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to PayScroll an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, copy, perform, display, and distribute such Member Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Member Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses thereof.

By using the Site, you are indicating your agreement to the Privacy Policy.

PayScroll.com may at any time and for any reason terminate the Services, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account although residual copies of information may remain in our system. Except as set forth above or unless PayScroll.com has previously canceled or terminated your use of the Services (in which case subsequent notice by PayScroll.com shall not be required), PayScroll.com will notify you via email of any such termination or cancellation, which shall be effective immediately upon PayScroll.com's delivery of such notice. Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15 of the Agreement shall survive expiration or termination.
